Description
Our CIE IGCSE Computer Science course allows you to learn at your own pace, covering the key aspects of both theory and programming papers, supported by qualified Computer Science teachers.
It is assumed that students will be studying over two years, but we are aware that some students may wish to condense their study – with the updated specification we no longer recommend this, but provide a condensed course for those who commit to keeping pace with the condensed lessons.
Please select your options for distance learning aboveto join with with or without access to our weekly live group lessons – live lessons are recorded and include practical oportunities for programming and exam technique. Should you wish to sign up for distance learning only (no live classes) your course fees will be reduced accordingly.

- Weekly (term time) live group classes with our qualified Computer Science Tutor
- Written content and downloadable tasks / worksheets
- Assessment opportunities
- On Screen quizzes
- Practical Programming tasks
- Weekly Tutor Marked Assignments throughout the course
- Tutor marked mock exam (new each year)
Group lessons take place via Zoom with a maximum group size of 10 to allow all students to participate fully. Early enrolment is encouraged as we do not exceed our maximum class sizes.

Exam Registration
Our course covers the full course content, however students are responsible for registering with an exam centre and ensuring that they have sufficient time to cover the course content prior to exams. The exam board recommendation for the iGCSE course is 120 – 180 guided learning hours over two years.
We are an approved partner with the Tutors & Exams private exam centre and as such our students are able to apply to book with the UK centres with preferential rates. Please get in touch with us for our T&E partner code once enrolled should you wish to sit your exams with them.
